Group Antenatal Education
£300 per couple
Interactive group classes.
A weekly in-person 9 week course led by professionals to help guide you through not only pregnancy and birth, but to also ensure you feel prepared for the fourth trimester and becoming parents.
Our course is led by a midwife/breastfeeding consultant and a GP with a combined over 25 years of experience. Alongside this there will also be guest appearances from sleep consultants, osteopaths and more.
We hope this will ensure you have the correct and trusted information from experienced professionals. We know that there is a plethora of information online and it can feel overwhelming and scary. We hope to be able to guide you through this and debunk some myths.
There will be plenty of time to ask questions and you will also be given a goodie bag full of top tips, recipes and advice as we know its hard to remember things, especially when you are self deprived!

Pregnancy Support Groups
£10 per session or 4 sessions for £30

Join a safe, welcoming space where mums-to-be and new parents can come together, share experiences, and build their village of support. These groups offer:

- A chance to share stories, tips, and encouragement, guidance and signposting
